During the last six weeks, I have spent my time creating the online community and populating it with content. I took professional job hunting information from various sources and created the initial training material that is currently in the training center wiki. This material is outstanding and will teach you how to create your own job market and how to apply for suitable online postings. The table of contents is below.

Since things are easier said than done, I decided to create the “8 Weeks Till Our Next Job” campaign to help fellow job seekers successfully execute this information. The participants and I will work diligently since we have the shared goal and common objective of landing a great opportunity as soon as possible. We will accomplish this by openly sharing expertise and best practices, providing encouragement, and holding each other accountable. We will make sure that on a daily and weekly basis we have taken the important steps toward achieving our shared goal and common objective. Below are the benefits and requirements of this campaign:

Additional Details for the "8 Weeks Till Our Next Job" Campaign

  • Interested job seekers must send an email to kac@kenrickchatman.com to participate.
  • Afterwards, I will send all participants additional material they can use to create their own job market in the most efficient way.
  • We had an initial one-hour meeting at 11AM CST to answer questions the participants had.
  • Monday nights at 9PM-10PM EST Ron Nash, master career strategist, will provide solutions for the problems we encountered.
  • Likewise, it is important that the participants provide this and other information in the career forum and blog on a weekly and daily basis, respectively.
