    Dear Lisa,
Thank you for your executive insights on this topic. I’m in my early/mid 40′s and unfortunately gained weight in the past couple years due to medical issues I deal with. The ‘stiffness’ I deal with ages me even though I have a regular exercise routine. Do you have any suggestions on dealing with medical issues coupled with aging? and dealing with medical issues during the job search, interview process?

    Wendy,

Feel free to attend the show tonight at 9PM EST and ask Lisa this question during the listeners Q&A; session. If time permits, I may ask her this question myself. However, I imagine several callers will like to ask questions.

    Thanks-Kenrick
