Searching for a job can be scary, tiring, as well as frustrating. This is made worse by the lack of suitable jobs and/or responses from employers with positions you applied for. There have been several job seekers who spent the majority of their search applying for suitable career guide positions without satisfactory results.
Several drivers are probably responsible for this. The sheer volume of candidates submitting applications, companies hiring internal candidates or candidates from referrals, and so on. Thus, it is vital that you ensure your application does not get lost in the shuffle. You can accomplish this by taking a proactive approach of contacting the hiring manager directly or having your career guide cover letter and resume delivered to this individual.

Likewise, we need to know that pessimistic emotions and thoughts are beneficial in notifying us that there is something important to be done.

However, sometimes people feel uneasy expanding their connections through another person’s network; although networking career guide resources are valuable and should not be ignored.

The debate continues whether you should routinely provide career guide job references in your resume; by inserting “references available on request” at the bottom of this document. When I am in doubt, I personally stay on the conventional side of any issue that is undecided. A resume protocol could include a resume reference list of three to five people in a resume career guide addendum.
