How would you feel if you could retrieve every job posting from a majority of company job boards?
You’ll probably be excited since you know employers do not post every job on the large job boards and the spider engines do not retrieve all of these jobs as well. You also know that:
Likewise, your job search productivity will increase and you can identify jobs that a good portion of job seekers do not know about.

Fellow job seekers tune in to tonight’s BlogTalkRadioShow (BTR) “How to Uncover Hidden Jobs” at 9:30PM-10:30PM EST. Encourage fellow job seekers to do the same.
Why:
With ~15M people looking for work and ~3M available jobs, competition is fierce. Several job seekers may convince someone “to give them a fish” by posting “X professional looking for his or her next opportunity.” However, this is probably unlikely. I tried this earlier in my search and received “help” from individuals involved with network marketing, franchising, full commission professions (that are always hiring), etcetera.

You are now able to share and/or rate the articles on this blog using Twitter, Digg, Yahoo Buzz, Reddit, and/or DZone. Likewise, if you “digg” these articles, push the Digg button and so on. Remember the wisdom of the crowd is greater than the wisdom of a few. So get engaged today and encourage fellow job seekers to do the same.

Below is an article from Mark Haluska, one of my Guerrilla Job Search boot camp instructors, who wrote about what I and another job seeker are doing. Feel free to read.

Let’s face it everyone, with some exceptions of course, the job market is “abysmal.” Rather than sitting around and whining about the state of the economy, Kenrick and Matt are taking the bull by the horns.

Currently, there are several career services professionals with Bernie Madoff intentions of preying on innocent victims or job seekers. There are also career services providers whose brand promises of “Good Results” do not match their brand realities of “Poor Results”. Likewise, job seekers like myself are beginning to attach the “used car salesmen” label to the career services industry.
Now it is time for job seekers to unite by sharing their experiences, regarding the career services they invested in, on my career services consumer review and rip-off report blogs located in the wiki. This will reduce the chance of job seekers investing in mediocre or unethical services and identify the career services that are legit and meet expectations.
